The Zone 11/30/17

Today on the Zone we start with Matt Johnson, Voice of the Sounders, talking to Mark about the big Western Conference Final series wrapping up in Seattle Tonight. It’s a 2 game aggregate goal series and the Sounders are head 2-0 going in to tonight against Houston. Then we have our Fantasy man Sigmound Bloom on the line to help set our lineups for Fantasy Football this weekend. We finish the show by drawing the winner in our Big Hawks tickets sweepstakes.

We start off the show with Western Wednesday and WWU Volleyball coach Diane Flick, as her team heads to regionals. Then we had our big Hawks ticket give away, one of two this week with “Name that Hawk.” We had some sporting news, then ended the show with the Big dumb game of the day.

We start today’s show with Monday Evening Quarterback, and audio recap of the football weekend. Mark has audio from all the big games and goes over the highlights. Then we have Pete Carroll’s postgame Seahawk presser, then we give away a free lunch with Port of Subs prizes for the Big Dumb Game of the Day.

Mark starts out with news about former Seahawk Dwight Freeney and about the red hot WWU Viking volleyball team. Plus we check in with Western Men’s basketball coach Tony Dominguez on Western Wednesday. We hear part of Seahawk coach Pete Carroll’s press conference from earlier today recapping the Falcons game and we finish the show with the Big Dumb Game.

The Zone 11/21/17

On the Zone today Mark goes over the Hawks appearance on Monday Night Football, it was a wild game and Pete Carroll had to answer some tough questions in post-game.

Then we have WSU lineman via Nooksack Valley High school BJ Salmonson to talk about life as a Coup and the Apple Cup.

We finished our show with a 3 winner round of Trivia Tuesday with Westside Pizza on the line.
