WHATCOM COUNTY, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – The Whatcom County Assessor has a few new online tools that may be of use to property owners.

As a way to promote transparency and accessibility, the assessor has launched three new tools that allow people to access property-related data.

The first tool is a property portal that provides relevant details and valuation information on properties.

Comper, like the name suggests, is a tool designed to compare properties based on characteristics and the sales of the land.

The final tool is aimed to show what the community of a certain property looks like.

Community provides information on neighborhood demographics and overall area valuation.
