Third suspect arrested in connection to Bellingham cocaine operation

BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – A third person has been arrested in connection to a cocaine dealing operation in Bellingham.

My Bellingham Now previously reported that two people were arrested in June after investigators found crack cocaine cooking equipment in their hotel room.

At the time, Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Deb Slater said that more arrests were expected in connection to this investigation.

Deputies arrested a third suspect, identified as a 34-year-old woman, last night in Bellingham.

She faces a trio of drug-related charges, including maintaining a premises for drug trafficking.

The other two suspects have trial dates set for later this fall.
