One dead, others injured in Sedro-Woolley shooting

SEDRO-WOOLLEY, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – A person is dead and others were injured in a Skagit County shooting over the weekend.

Sedro-Woolley Police say that the shooting occurred late on Saturday, July 5 at Memorial Park.

One person, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene.  Five others were hospitalized, but their conditions are unknown at this time.

Officers arrested a suspect and recovered two firearms from the scene.

Police are asking anyone who may have any additional information, especially photos or videos, to contact the Sedro-Woolley Police Department at 360-428-3211.
