SKAGIT COUNTY, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – A man being sought in connection with a fatal house fire near Concrete is now wanted for murder.

Mount Vernon Police say they’re now seeking 49-year-old Jason M. Birman on a warrant for three charges of 2nd Degree Murder.

He hasn’t been seen since the fire that destroyed a house on State Route 530 on Aug. 9. Three people, 52-year-old Erin Birman, 19-year-old Taylor Dawson, and 18-year-old Jillian Whitney Van Boven, were found dead in the rubble of the home.
