BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – One of Bellingham’s most distinctive buildings on the waterfront is up for sale.

Harcourt has listed the Granary building for sale.

The original building was completed in 1929, and Harcourt renovated the building with construction completed in 2019.

Now, the six-story building, with its collection of commercial and office space, is on the market.

My Bellingham Now previously reported on Harcourt’s contract termination with the Port of Bellingham earlier this year.

The Granary building was one of four buildings the Ireland-based company still owned following that contract termination, two of which are still under construction.
