BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – The former Willows Inn is still for sale- and its new listings are aiming to entice prospective buyers.

The property had been donated to Lighthouse Mission Ministries by its previous owners in Dec. 2022.

It was initially put up for sale through Saratoga Commercial Real Estate last April for just over $2 million.

The Muljat Group is now coordinating its sale, with three new listings reflecting potential development opportunities for buyers.

One option includes a three-bedroom home and two cottages for $559,000.

The former Inn itself is going for just under $1.8 million.

Buyers also have the option to purchase both for over $2.2 million, higher than the original asking price.

The sale of the Willows Inn property will partially fund the Lighthouse Mission’s new facility on W. Holly St, which is slated to open later this fall.
