BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – The FIFA World Cup festivities in the Pacific Northwest are off and running this summer. Bellingham was designated an Official Fan Zone for the World Cup due to the proximity of the city to Vancouver, B.C. and Seattle. Watch parties abound in the city of subdued excitement, including a block party hosted by The Den and The Wild Buffalo on Friday, June 19. Elsewhere, people are out watching games at Kulshan Trackside and Menace Brewing. Below are some photos from the block party and other spots around Bellingham.
