BRIEF: Barron Heating merges with Veritas Media

FERNDALE, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – A pair of locally owned Whatcom County businesses are teaming up for a unique merger.

Ferndale-based Barron Heating bought all assets of Bellingham-based video production agency Veritas Media in a deal that was finalized on May 7.

Barron CEO Brad Barron said the resulting company, called Veritas by Barron, LLC, will continue to do business as Veritas Media.

Barron added that the merger will allow Barron Heating to better educate its customers about HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems through videos.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
