WCC women’s basketball team adds nine Whatcom County players

The Whatcom Community College women’s basketball team has signed nine new players, all from Whatcom County.  The nine represent eight different county schools.

Shyann Brandsma and Emma Stump from Lynden Christian, Mariah Gonzalez from Lynden, Kiana Gray from Meridian, Kylee Engholm from Mount Baker, Samantha Hruby from Sehome, Kjirsten Larson from Blaine, Rachel Sande from Nooksack Valley and Eiissa Vreugenhil from Cornerstone Christian will join the Orcas next season.
