BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A former employee at the Arne Hanna Aquatic Center was sentenced to five years in prison Monday after pleading guilty in November to voyeurism and child pornography charges.
David Frick was arrested in August 2016 after an investigation found he was filming his female coworkers in the staff locker room and had accrued a large collection of child pornography.
Frick must also spend three years in community custody once released from prison, during which time he can’t have contact with minors, can’t use the internet and can’t have devices that take photos.
