A Seattle-area woman filed a lawsuit this week against Wilcox Family Farms saying her former supervisor forced her to perform oral sex on him.

Seattle-P-i reports the egg producer is accused of not acting after learning a manager had been sexually inappropriate with female subordinates.

Lawyers for the woman say she reported the supervisor to Wilcox management right after the assault when she was a teen in 2015, but lost her job when she couldn’t go back to where she had been assaulted.

Wilcox Farms attorneys argue the farm doesn’t owe her anything since they say she quit voluntarily and say they had faulted and confronted the supervisor before for the way he treated female coworkers.
