Police investigating car versus pedestrian crash on Samish Way

BELLINGHAM, WA. – (KGMI.com) Bellingham Police are investigating a serious overnight car versus pedestrian crash on Samish Way.

The crash occurred between Consolidation and Abbot Streets around 9 p.m. Sunday night, October 22nd.

Police have not disclosed the conditions of the driver or the pedestrian.

Traffic was detoured around the crash site for about three hours before the road was reopened.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
