North Whatcom Fire and Rescue responds to Birch Bay brush fires

BIRCH BAY, Wash. – Birch Bay was hit with three brush fires Friday afternoon.

The Bellingham Herald reports North Whatcom Fire and Rescue responded to the fires on Bay and Blaine roads.

A total of 5 acres was reportedly burned.

No injuries or property loss were reported.
