BELLINGHAM, WASH – The new movie “Shattered” features a Bellingham eight-year-old.
Kayleigh Finnegan plays the sister of an unstable boy in the story of a southern political family with a dark past.
The Lowell Elementary School student says acting is work, but it’s also fun.
“There’s still work involved cause then you have to be home-schooled and there’s still work involved even in the movie, I know it’s fun, basically fun version of a work,” explains Kayleigh.
Kayleigh has been in local theater productions and TV commercials, but this is her first feature film.
The movie’s producer calls Kayleigh a real professional.
She’s also in the company’s next film.
