Minor injuries reported after multi-vehicle crash on I-5 near Blaine

BLAINE, WA. – (KGMI.com) No one was seriously injured following a multi-vehicle accident in Blaine last night.

The Washington State Patrol says a car hit a guardrail near the Peace Portal Drive exit on I-5 northbound around 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21st.

The force of the crash pushed the rail into the right lane, causing other vehicles to crash into it.

Blaine Police add that only minor injuries were reported.

The crash was cleared by 10 p.m.

Police say that weather conditions were likely a factor in the accident.
