BELLINGHAM, Wash – A Bellingham rapist is sentenced to nine years in prison.

Deputy Prosecutor Eric Richey says Lance Rosa raped a stranger in Maritime Heritage Park last June.

The Belligham Herald reports Rosa pleaded guilty in February.
