LYNDEN, Wash. — Two local business owners are getting ready to open a new restaurant in Lynden called Burnt Ends.

Oleg Vetkov and Gabriel Claycamp say the menu is inspired by wood-fire cooking and Texas-style barbecue, along with their own style and culinary experience.

In addition to smoked and grilled meats, they’ll also serve grilled cornbread, veggies and more.

Burnt Ends is scheduled to open at 8082 Guide Meridian Road (across from Safeway) on August 6, but is also currently available for catering.
