Former Seahawk quarterback Tarvaris Jackson was killed in an automobile accident in his native Alabama Sunday night. He was 36 years old.
Jackson was the Hawks starter in 2011, throwing for 3091 yards and 14 touchdowns. He also played for the Minnesota Vikings and Buffalo Bills. He was most recently the quarterbacks coach at Tennessee State University.
In addition to the one season as starter Jackson was Russell Wilson’s back-up from 2013 to 2015.
