BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A Bellingham rapist has learned his fate.

Former Cosmos Bistro co-owner Jamison Rogayan was sentenced to nearly two and a half years in prison.

At one point, 10 women accused Rogayan of assaulting them.

Five cases went to trial, but the jury wasn’t able to reach a verdict, so the judge declared a mistrial.

After that, Rogayan pleaded guilty to rape and other charges.

The sentence was part of the plea deal.

Rogayan was also forced to register as a sex offender.
