Convenience store opens by Lummi Ferry

BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A convenience store is permanently setting up shop near the Lummi Island Ferry.

The Lummi Nation and Lummi Commercial Company announced Friday, April 19 is the grand opening of Fisherman’s Cove.

The store is situated in a historically rich area and the Lummi Nation expects it to be an important retail hub for ferry riders and community members as well as the fishing community.
