Cordata Park will get new features including an indoor pavilion, a covered stage and lawn, a picnic shelter and a new parking lot.

For the athletes out there, four pickleball courts and a basketball court are part of the plans.

They’re also installing additional trails, including a new connection to Horton Road, and 180 trees.
