CONCRETE, Wash. – Two people who died from gunshot wounds in what police are calling a murder-suicide on December 18th have been identified.
The Skagit Valley Herald reports the County Coroner has identified the couple as 36-year-old Allen Vike Jr. and Michelle Stauffer.
