Collision with police vehicle closes portions of Alabama, Orleans streets

BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A traffic collision closed portions of Alabama and Orleans streets in Bellingham and slowed traffic for over two hours Wednesday night.

Lieutenant Claudia Murphy told KGMI the collision involved a civilian vehicle running into a Bellingham Police car around 6pm.

She said non-life threatening injuries were reported

After the State Patrol investigated, the streets were re-opened by 8:40.
