Carlos Rivera charged in 5th sex crime case

BELLINGHAM, Wash. –  A local elite racquetball player has been accused in another sex crime.

The Bellingham Herald reports Carlos Scott, also known as Carlos Rivera, has now been charged with second- and third- degree rape during a date with a woman in June of 2014.

Court records show Scott is already facing charges in four others cases, two of which involve children.

His current address is in Skagit County and he is at large.
