BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Bellingham Police have arrested another man they say was involved in an attempted robbery of a drug dealer that resulted in a fatal shooting.

Investigators say 24-year-old Wayne Sewell was with Darian Polee on October 16th when they picked up Matthew Roberts at a convenience store on Alabama Street.

Roberts had traveled to Bellingham from Oregon to conduct a drug deal with the pair.

They drove to a Valencia Street where Isaiah Mayshack walked up to the vehicle with a gun.

Roberts became suspicious of Mayshack and shot him in the chest.

Police say Sewell was in the back seat and shot Roberts in the back.

Mayshack later died at the hospital and Roberts is charged with his murder.

Officers arrested Polee October 31st after they found him hiding in a manure bog off Slater Road.

Sewell was caught and arrested outside the Silver Reef Casino on November 3rd.
