BELLINGHAM, WASH. (AP) – Teen clothing retailer rue-21 is closing about a third of its stores, including its Bellingham location.

The company is shuttering nearly 400 locations nationwide.

The website is promoting store-closing sales.

The local rue-21 is in Bellis Fair Mall.
