BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A Bellingham man has been arrested after multiple victims came forward accusing him of sexual assault.

Law enforcement received the first report in late November of 2021, according to court documents.

The report states that 18-year-old Rethabile Alex Breeding had aggressively assaulted a minor in a car on November 27th.

The victim told investigators that Breeding inappropriately touched and choked them.

Later that same evening, he raped a different minor after she repeatedly refused to give consent.

In January, a third victim came forward, reporting that in October of 2021, Breeding had groped and assaulted her.

Breeding was arrested Thursday, March 10th, and faces five counts of sexual assault and one count of rape.

Breeding is out on $25,000 bond.
