Bellingham gets “Carnal”

BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham is getting a new restaurant.

“Carnal” will feature New York City chefs with experience in Michelin-rated restaurants.

Local partner Skip Williamson grew up in Gig Harbor and says the menu will feature a slow cooked bone-in beef short rib finished over charcoal as well as other wood-fired meat, seasonal vegetables and seafood.

Carnal Opens Friday at 1234 North State Street near the downtown YMCA.
