BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Bellingham Fire officials are investigating a suspicious fire that broke out at Burlington Coat Factory.
Employees called 9-1-1 around 1 p.m. Wednesday afternoon after seeing high flames in an aisle of the store.
In a Facebook post, fire crews said that the employees were able to evacuate and get customers to safety.
Fire sprinklers were activated in the store, and crews said that the sprinklers tamped down most of the flames.
No injuries were reported.
