2024 campsite reservations open for Whatcom County

BELLINGHAM, WA – If the upcoming wintry weather has you missing the outdoors, you can already start planning ahead for your summer vacation.

Whatcom County Parks and Recreation announced that Friday is the opening day of campsite reservations for 2024.

People looking to spend time at the Silver Lake campsites and cabins or Lighthouse Marine Park can go to the County Parks website to book a spot.

Reservations at picnic shelters and day-use facilities are also open for those hoping to plan a get-together with family or friends.

Anyone with questions or wanting to reserve a spot over the phone can call the County Parks and Rec Office at (360)778-5850.
