Make A Splash this summer with KPUG and San Juan Cruises. Listeners can enter two different ways – on-air and online for a pair of tickets to the Deluxe Whale Watching Cruise with San Juan Cruises.
4 pairs will be given away on-air with water sports trivia in the Zone throughout the summer. Mark will ask a trivia question related to water sports during our live afternoon show “The Zone” and the first caller to 734-1170 to answer the question correctly will win a pair of prizes.
Tickets can be won in the 4 Facebook contests ending June 24, July 8th, August 5th, and September 3rd. Tickets from the on-air trivia contest can be won June 12, July 18th, August 15, and September 4th between the hours of 3pm and 4pm.
For the on-air trivia contest portion, the winner will be chosen by the listener who calls in and answers the water sports question correctly first will win. The Facebook contest winners will be drawn randomly from all qualified entries at the end of each contest period. They will be notified via Facebook message.
The prizes for the Make A Splash contest are 8 pairs of deluxe San Juan Whale cruises with a retail value of $218 per pair, and a total retail value of $1744 total.
Prizes will be available at the station immediately on the first business day after the winner is confirmed.
KPUG contests are open to all eligible Washington state residents, age 18 or older, that have not won anything on KPUG in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
No purchase necessary. KPUG’s responsibility will be to award the prize. KPUG will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use any of the prizes. Winners will be responsible for all federal and state taxes, and any fees and incidentals. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Employees of KPUG, Saga Broadcasting, LLC dba Cascade Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the KPUG main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
