7/24/13 The Mariners are red hot, NFL training camps are opening up and PAC-12 coaches go through the ESPN car wash.  Check out the links below.  

* The Mariners keep on rolling. 8 wins in a row. They go for #9 this afternoon at Safeco (coverage begins at 11:30AM on KPUG). The M’s are going for their 3rd sweep in a row, something they haven’t done in over a decade. Check out the SportpressNW.com story.

* Players report today and Seahawks training cam officially opens Thursday at the V-MAC. Clare Farnsworth of Seahawks.com joined us in The Zone. Listen to what he said he was most looking forward to seeing out of Seahawks camp.

Howard Lincoln is retiring as the Chairman and CEO and we start off with his press conference announcing his decision, the sale of the team and new Chairman and CEO John Stanton. We take your calls and texts on today’s big Mariner news… It seems like you guys like the idea of new ownership. We end the first hour with segueing into NFL Draft talk, with a focus on who the Seahawks might pick at No. 26.
