Man Struck By Amtrak Train



Bellingham, Wash.  (Metro)  -- A man is listed in serious condition at a hospital after being hit by an Amtrak train in Bellingham. 

The train struck the man after it left the Bellingham station for Vancouver around 10:10 a.m. Sunday. 

Amtrak officials say the man was walking on the tracks illegally. 

No one aboard the train was injured, and the passengers were bused to Vancouver.
