SPEEA Votes Being Tallied

Seattle, Wash.  (Metro)  -- Votes cast by technical workers who are members of the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace are being tallied today.

The workers are voting on whether to accept Boeing's latest contract offer, which they rejected last month by a narrow margin.

The same contract was accepted by SPEEA engineers.

Union leadership says if the technical workers reject the offer again, they will likely go on strike.
