Navy Identifies Personnel Killed In Plane Crash



Harrington, Wash.  (Metro)  -- Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the crash of a Navy plane that killed all three people aboard in Eastern Washington on Monday. 

The Navy has identified the dead as Lieutenant Junior Grade Valerie Delaney of Maryland, Lieutenant Junior Grade William McIlvaine the Third of Texas, and Lieutenant Commander Alan Patterson of Tennessee. 

The EA-6B Prowler jet crashed in a wheat field in Lincoln County, near the community of Harrington. 

The jet was on a routine training mission out of the Naval Air Station in Whidbey Island.
