Police: Man Kicks Officers During Arrest On Pacific Street



Bellingham, Wash.  (Metro)  -- A 22-year-old man is jailed after police say he assaulted two Bellingham police officers during a traffic stop. 

Beau Parker Raethke was pulled over on Pacific Street for not wearing a seat belt. 

A driver's license check revealed there were two outstanding warrants for his arrest. 

Police say Raethke resisted arrest and swung his fists and kicked at two officers before his was taken into custody. 

He's behind bars at Whatcom County Jail on a slew of charges.
