Police Looking For Possible Witnesses Of Deadly Stabbing

Bellingham, Wash. -- Bellingham Police continue to investigate a stabbing death that happened last weekend, but need more information.

Officers would like to talk to the occupant or occupants of a vehicle that was in the area last weekend, when 17-year-old Devonte Thompson was killed.

Investigations say someone stopped near the crime scene to remove a tree limb that was blocking the roadway and may have noticed what was going on.

The incident happened at about 2 a.m. at Samish Way and Fielding Ave.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Police tip line at 360-778-8611.
