Teen Expelled After School Officials Find 'Kill List'

Eatonville, Wash.  (Metro)  -- Officials at Eatonville Middle School say a 13-year-old student has been expelled after he was found to be carrying a so-called "kill list" that contained the names of ten fellow students.

Authorities say the teen is currently in custody at Tacoma's Juvenile Detention Center.

The Pierce County Prosecutor's Office is reviewing the case and is considering whether to file criminal charges against the teenager.

Officials say another student saw the hand-written list Friday and reported it to school administrators.
