Blaine, Wash. -- A Blaine man suspected of exposing himself to women in a number of incidents has been arrested.
Blaine Police say information from surveillance cameras and witnesses led them to 24-year-old Daniel Sergeevich Kovalenko.
He’s suspected in eight incidents, including one Tuesday when he allegedly fondled himself in front of a barista in a coffee stand on bell road.

The Bellingham Herald reports Kovalenko was convicted of exposing himself near Western Washington University in the past.
