Bellingham, Wash. -- A Bellingham man reports his home was burglarized of some unique musical instruments earlier this week.

He says he lost three handmade mandolins worth more than $24,000.

Two cameras and climbing gear were also taken.

Police say the man returned to his home in the 900 block of Mason Street on Tuesday to find his back door broken open and his property missing.
