Seattle Planning Another Gun Buyback

Seattle, Wash.  (Metro)  -- Seattle is already planning another gun buyback.

This after the one last weekend produced close to double the number of guns expected, swamping staff members and creating a traffic jam.

Police had to end the event when they ran out of the gift cards that paid for the 716 guns and one missile-launcher they collected.

Officials told "The Seattle Times" that the next buyback would be better-organized.
