Korry Martinson was sentenced to three months in jail and has agreed to undergo a mental evaluation as part of a plea deal.
Martinson was arrested in December after he posted a message on Facebook, saying he would "shoot up every school within a 100 mile radius" if the government took away the right to bear arms.
The message described the gunman in the Newtown, Connecticut massacre as a "hero."
