Skagit County Opening Electric-Vehicle Charging Station

SKAGIT, Wash.  (Metro)  -- An electric-vehicle charging station opens Thursday in Skagit County. 

The station is in Mount Vernon, next to the commissioners' administrative building. 

 
County officials say charging your vehicle will cost 25 cents an hour, with a one dollar minimum.
