Four Months Bagless, How Bellingham Adjusts

BELLINGHAM, Wash. -- A new report is expected to be released Wednesday detailing the success of Bellingham's plastic bag ban.

Robb Krehbiel with the group Environment Washington says they spent one month interviewing shoppers and store employees to see how they feel about the bag ban.

The group plans to release the report at 9 a.m. on their web site, www.environmentwashington.org.

The Bellingham City Council approved the "plastic bag ban" in July 2011, and the ban went into effect on August 1 this year.
