Organic Food Delivery Strike Ends Quickly

AUBURN, Wash.  (Metro)  -- It looks like Puget Sound-area shoppers are going to dodge a shortage of organic food supplies at local stores.

This after Teamsters Local 117 workers at the United Natural Foods warehouse in Auburn agreed to a good-faith offer to return to work and end their three-day strike.

A union spokesman told KCPQ-TV that the union now expects United Natural Foods to make a good-faith effort to negotiate a new contract.
