Volunteers at the Center for New Media will broadcast today's meeting live streaming over the internet.
A consultant for the Gateway Pacific Terminal project, Gary Smith, says some supporters from Whatcom County are planning to go down to Seattle for the meeting.
He says people who wish to speak at the meeting will have to enter a random drawing.
