(Irving, TX) -- Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and nose tackle Jay Ratliff reportedly got into a verbal confrontation earlier this month. Sources tell ESPN Dallas, the two started yelling at each other after last week's win over Philadelphia. Jones was reportedly trying to convince Ratliff to return from a groin injury. The two were separated by teammates before the situation escalated. Ratliff has missed seven games, including Sunday's against the Bengals, due to various injuries.
