Confusion, Attention Mark New Marijuana Legalization

OLYMPIA, Wash.  (Metro)  -- Washington's first-in-the-nation legalization of marijuana is getting national attention, even as it causes confusion in its home state.

"The Seattle Times" says the state is still trying to figure out rules for marijuana growers as anti-pot feds continue to study what jurisdiction they have over the issue.

Meanwhile, "The Olympian" reports that Frankie's Sports Bar in Olympia plans to allow pot smoking on its second floor for an annual charge.
