Bellingham Man Pleads Guilty To Stabbing Ex-girlfriend



BELLINGHAM, Wash.  (Metro)  -- A Bellingham man accused of stabbing his ex-girlfriend pleads guilty to charges of first-degree burglary and second-degree assault. 

Prosecutors are recommending that 32-year-old Warren Denell Willis be sentenced to 15 years in prison. 

Authorities say Willis broke into his ex-girlfriend's home last June and attacked her and her current boyfriend with a knife, stabbing the woman several times. 

Willis has also been order to pay $3,000 in restitution.
